“Nothing against the guy that came here, but the reason for my request was to get rid of the smell from someone getting sick in my truck. The fact that the rest of the interior got detailed was a bonus and looks great. But it still stinks! I was told that there was a special solution you use, a "bio" type chemical, to tackle such issues. I paid a lot and don't feel I got what I paid for and for the real reason I contacted you.”

“Hey my name is Zach and I drive a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro convertible. I'm giving it 4 stars because My car detailing experience was absolutely phenomenal. Jimmy from easy does it does a fantastic job, and knows exactly what to do for every situation. On top of that he explained to me different steps, and certain things that he was doing. Like how for vinyl you should apply a special wax that keeps the vinyl looking new, and on the inside and outside how there are certain things that you should do. But my complaint isn't about jimmy it's about the actual customer service. I have a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro convertible that I got detailed, and it was absolutely fantastic, and beautiful outside. It was a great day and I'm a college student so this hurt a little when it came to the price but looking at the completed job it was worth it. Not even 4 hours later it rained and everything but the interior was ruined. I was upset because I just spent a lot of money on something and it only lasted a f”
