“I was told I would get a call from the technician before my appointment. I didn't. The work that was done was incredibly poor and careless for a $260 detail. I had to ask them to blow/brush leaves out of the door gutters, wipe off water/fluid drips from the cleaning process, wipe smear market off the windshield, smear marks on the hood, rear panels, bumpers etc. I have used this service before and had good results. I wont be doing that again after todays experience.”
