The reason why I gave a four was because he was 1/2 an hour late from the time given on the day of the service (i was told he'd be there by 3:45). Additionally, he was not wearing a mask. While it is not mandated until tomorrow by the city, I would have liked it if the company took extra precautions and provided their workers with face masks since we are in the middle of a pandemic.”

“Where do I start. Firstly I did not receive the following services. Seat and carpet shampoo Headlight Restoration Only partial outer vinyl dressing Multiple interior surfaces not even touched No Clay bar treatment (Was shown a prep rubber towel and told it was clay) Really?! No Wax applied Bugs still all over the front of my car Numerous stains on painted surfaces from dressing Was told "we just wipe and polish" when I asked why my headlights were NOT restored OR even touched. Interior roof NOT cleaned, When I asked why it wasn't done was given attitude and he began scrubbing the surface VERY hard causing damage and fray to the material as well as the trunk area. Was given multiple rude comments when I pointed out the obvious dirty floorboards. Service was not completed and was late picking up my kids. Was asked to pay cash by the technician because well obviously he came prepared for NOTHING. I had no cash and he told me to pay the "other guys". ”
