“He was late. I think the car could have been cleaned a bit better. There were quite a few spots ,like the doors jams that could have been cleaned. I had to show him several areas that needed to be cleaned. The lint from the cloth he used was all over the interior surfaces. He said I got the silver package,but I paid him $150 plus . That is the gold package. I think I got screwed over,because I was in a hurry. I could have cleaned the car better,if I have an extra hour. Wa really hoping for a better job.”

“ Well for the price I was expecting a little more, bright plastic work inside the truck you know with armor all or something there. To be a lot of Hayes on the plastic work inside the vehicle. They did a pretty good job on the waxing, but overall I would've expected a little more. That may be the standard down here I'm not sure it might be just where I come from the standard I guess would be considerably higher. ”

“Was a little irritated that the venue had to be changed because a Mobil unit was not available even after I was very clear what the situation was when I booked. However the guy who actually did the job, Spencer, was great. He really did a wonderful job”
