“My scheduled time was between 8am & 11am. I received an email and text at 9:27 saying the technician had arrived, yet no one was in sight. At 9:53 the technician pulled in front of the driveway next door and stayed there for 10 minutes before I finally called to him. He spoke extremely limited english and had to speak with the supervisor on speakerphone to establish what was to be done. However, the technician worked very hard in the sun and did an excellent job. ”
