“The technician was very friendly and helped me remove the Thule as we had just rolled into to town from the holidays. The car was sparkling clean however I did find a few hidden toys (it’s like toys r us in the car). My only real issue was probably not with the technician as much as the product used on the windshield. After the initial cleaning I let him know that we had had a problem with a streaky windshield during our 15 hour drive so he used the cloth to wipe it down again. In the garage it looked fine but the following day I was seeing streaks again. And despite no rain yesterday when I rolled up my window after checking the mail the window looked horrible. Perhaps it was leftover product stuck to the rubber seal? I would love to know the secret behind a streak free windshield. However my car is the cleanest it’s been since we bought it and I vow my dog and kids will keep it that way (in my greatest dream). ”
