“I paid extra to have sap removed from my car but they were not able to get a lot of it off. However, the person doing the job worked very diligently and did a great job in every other aspect. I don't know if the sap can be removed safely, but if not they should not charge extra for that service. This was not the fault of the person doing the job, therefore I rate him higher. P.S. I already paid and included the tip, which is why I am not entering that below. Thank you very much. Have a nice day.”
