“Front bumper corner is missing and both of the rubber inserts in my cup holders are missing. I reached out about the inserts yesterday and was told they would get back to me but have heard nothing. Then noticed when I went to drive it today that the bumper corner is gone. I’m assuming they took it through a wash rather than hand wash and it was ripped off. Highly disappointing as this is why I paid to have a hand wash done. Will also be making a google review if I don’t hear back ASAP”
