“We paid over $200 and expected the van to look immaculate. The car has an odor that wasn't there. It smells like wet dog. The ceiling of the van wasn't cleaned and there were spots missed.
I was expecting you to use an actual shampoo machine not spray down the seats and floor then wipe it all down. It was left soaked which produced a foul odor. I'm not happy with the job at all or the service. ”

“There were parts of the carpet that weren't even touched. They left a pile of stuff from inside the van in our driveway,in the rain. I took some pictures of the doors and dash that were still dusty and un touched.”
