“He did a pretty good job on the car. There were some streaks on the instrument panel and some other things, but not really a big deal. I have a number of complaints though -- The service was rescheduled twice at the last minute. Once to a week later, and the second time from 10-12am to 2-4pm. The detailer showed up at 4:30pm for a 2-4pm window. Because of the last minute scheduling and late arrival, we were unable to use the car the entire day from 10am-6:30pm when he finished. Second, anything that was on the floor of the car or under the seats which included small bits of paper, lost receipts and whatnot was inexplicably scattered all over my driveway. I don't know if he was vacuuming without a filter or just took a leafblower to the inside of the car, but that was annoying to have to pick up all the left over wet paper.”

“ car looks all right. Never birthday off the headlamps. Had to ask for some more vacuuming. Too much oil had to wipe down myself. He spent a lot of time seemingly talking on his phone and to my neighbors and to me before you got started. He also had a little too friendly manner when I came to the door. He was a little too talkative and wanted to try and sell me a car because he says he owns a car dealership. I just didn’t appreciate. ”

“I had to reschedule 3 times , first time due to weather, I have a garage figured it could be done in there, but come to find out they don’t even work when it’s raining, which your website doesn’t state. Second time you came to the wrong address, and the 3 rd time, was supposed to be between 12-2, then 2-4, and he finally showed up at approximately 4.40. The over all job was ok, there was some wax that didn’t get buffed out, riims wernt very clean at all, windows were still had like a haze on them.. overall very disappointing.”
