I would like also plastic interior has black marks not off and leather scuff on glove box still showing. I would like to have these things addressed for this kind of money..”

“The technician was a nice guy. However, he showed up 30 mins. beyond the appt window and took 2 hours and 40 mins to detail the car [causing me to miss an important meeting]. Later, I found that he had missed some minor things [dirt in the cup holders and side pockets, etc...]. I didn't tip him because of the missed appt [I tip almost 100% of the time]”
