“The guy who came was really pushy trying to upsell me on a bunch of products. Then when we got to the very ending and forward me at that point that I could not pay by credit card. This is despite the fact that every other time I've used your service I've been able to pay via credit card.”

“Did awesome job. On time, polite, friendly - easy to schedule. Windows have lots of smudges still - not sure if product you use needs to be better or just was an oversight. Be awesome to have someone stop by and do windows again. I tipped 20% was $50 tip for windows that aren’t perfect. Otherwise awesome job and I’d recommend ”

“Platinum package completed in 1:20 hours with 2 technicians. This level of detailing should at least take 2 hours. Car looks like a regular wash job with spray wash, wheels not thoroughly cleaned as expected for a Platinum package. Concerned that paid for Platinum and received regular quality. Will suggest to my network that if paying for premium service, to ensure they supervise the work so they get what they paid for. I’m a regular customer and this is the first service I receive of this quality.”
