“Upon first look I thought the car looked magnificent. The tech was here from 10:20am til 4pm-ish. I work from home so when I got done working I went out and looked at the car and the windshield still had a lot of water spots on it.the majority of the water spots he did remove off the side , but he didn’t clean out my trunk and there’s just certain areas that weren’t done as well as I thought they should’ve been for 349.00
I was to get the premium detail along with water spot removal. If I could upload pics I would. I did even tip 50$ … I wish I’d looked better before. It’s not about the money it’s about when you order specific services all those specific services should be taken care of.”

“Timing- 2 hr delay. There should’ve been another option for another tech to be sent out. Better communication between customer, company & tech. The quality was poor & rushed. The back of my driver & passenger seat have dirt & watermarks when the actual problem area was the floor board behind the driver seat & the front of the passenger seat. ”

“Interior of truck was not very clean. Visible dirt on the center consul left behind. Charged extra for pet hair without saying anything. This was a gift certificate for a set amount and then I was informed I was being charged more. Am very upset with the service and will never recommend your services. Employee was nice enough young man. ”
