“Back window towards the flatbed was not touched/cleaned.. I had to ask him clean center console cup holder and it's area after he was supposedly was finished. Also the plastic wedge area between where the carpeted floor and step where car doors closes remained just as dusty and dirty as before.. For the 2 hours and 45 mins he spent while I worked, I expected more.
Prior to the service on my Toyota Tacoma, I had considered using your company for my second vehicle, but with this experience, I am thinking to reconsider and go find another car detailing company who will do what they guaranteed to deliver: a detail of the inside.”

“Chris didn't do everything that I paid for in the Super Interior package, the cloth seats and carpet inside weren't double deep cleaned because i got dusts from the creases of the seats, he didn't put UV protection stating it was too hot to put one on, in which he could have deducted that from the bill, door jambs are still dirty and not all interior compartments are wiped clean. I want part of my money back! So DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED! ”

“Detailer did a superb/fantastic job on all of the items listed in the Platinum Service EXCEPT ONE: Engine compartment was not cleaned/wiped down. If that had been completed, I would have rated him a perfect 5.0. He was on time and very courteous and very detailed otherwise.”
