“The car is much better for sure, but there are corners around the windows or the gear shifter that needed more attention and the front and back windows had streaks that make it hard to see when driving into the sun.
Also, I paid the providers by check as they requested, but then was also charged on my credit card. I will work with customer service to have that issue resolved.”

“The service was awesome! So convenient ! To schedule the appointment was quick and easy and only took a few minutes. The follow up emails to keep me posted and to remind me of my scheduled appointment were beyond great service. The follow up after the service was immediate to ensure that i was satisfied and happy with the service.
My detailer's name was Gregory Gross and i couldn't have received a better person to show up and take care of my car.
He was extremely professional and polite.
The time and love he put into my car was second to none!!

“The first time I used your service I was blown away by the attention to detail. That person was a gem that needs to be educating your other people! The second time not so much, although I did not complain at that time. I decided to try one more time and am not happy with the same issues I found last time. The door jambs and the back hatch and back floor areas were not cleaned. There are still Christmas tree needles that were left when your service person "cleaned" it months ago.”
