“I tipped 20% on top of the $240 dollar detail service so for almost $300 dollars I was disappointed to open my sunroof lid and see spots covering the sunroof window. Dirty water spots all over the sunroof window. Then, I opened my trunk to find a 2/3rd vaccume job. There was still small sand particles. It did not look super clean .... my cup holder was a puddle of water in one of the two cup holders and the center in cave area where the chargers go had reminents of not being vacuumed to perfection. And they definitely forgot the air freshener because all my son and I could smell was the products used to clean the car. Overall... I’m grateful to have a cleaner jeep than I did before the service but I was disappointed. I would not use your services again for these reasons. I would be open to using your company again if someone came back out and finished the job. But I am not sure your company would consider doing so. ”
