“This was the “do over” from my previous detailers who did a mediocre job, I want to thank Cardetailing.com customer support for sending out a different person for the job, I’d give him 10 stars if I could. He was top notch. His attention to detail combined with his “can-do” confidence far exceeded my expectations and represented your company very well. I’d like to hire him again, but I have no way to contact him, sadly. ”

“I was charged $219.00 as was told to me by the detail person after job was done. I questioned him but got an unclear answer. So then I was overcharged according to your quote of $211. A gap in communication between you and Detail Co. The Detail was good not excellent. The windows were streaked. Especially the front window. Looks like the windowshield wiper had been turned on accidently after cleaning. Crew was here barely one hour. I feel maybe job was rushed a little on the small details. I'm just saying for the price it should have been PERFECT!!”

“The interior was not done to the level I would expect when paying this amount of money. There were places in the center console that were missed entirely. This was obvious to me upon putting the car in drive, and there was still dirt and un-vacuumed particles around. This car should have been gleaming on the inside. Instead, it looks passable. Not at all great. It took them 1 hour, that’s also my indicator they put very little time into this job. ”
