“The tech was very nice but the process of being cancelled twice and then offered a upscale service and the tech not really knowing about it was again showing the process of the customer service communication sort of lacking. The job was good and the prices were very fair but not sure if I would schedule another one with the cancelling and continually having to contact to make sure the tech and what was promised was on the same page.

“The original appt was scheduled for 3/14 but the technician called and rescheduled 2x . The work was good,the van was like new when he finished and it had been in bad shape so very pleased with results and would have done again. The only other thing was after he left my car wouldn't start because the battery was dead. Was able to get a jump quickly but that was unexpected. That and the rescheduling caused me to give a 4 otherwise would have been a 5. ”
