When they showed up they had no power from the generator so while I was at work I had to run around the outside of the building looking for a power source. After finally finding one he could start. Upon completion I paid cash I was told he didn't have a receipt to give me but he would have his supervisor email me one, I never got it. This morning was the first time I've been able to see the car in the sunshine due to darkness and inclement weather. Needless to say I'm not happy, there are obvious swirls in my paint from the buffing, left over product on the paint in many areas that could have been easily polished with just a cloth, the windows were cleaned poorly with spots missed and swirls from not removing the window cleaner properly. For spending $339.00 on your best package I am very disappointed bordering on angry. I have always detailed my own cars and I would have done a better job.”
