“- My tech cancelled on me the first day I was scheduled
- My tech was very late to the appointment and took much longer than expected as per the service window
- Spots on both exterior and interior were very obviously not cleaned (I paid for the Gold Package) including wheel rims, door creases, sun visors, rear windows, plastic exterior of console. ”
