“Communication is key. Was told to be on the look out for a white GMC Savana van and it was 3 minutes away. I called again and was told they were stuck in traffic. 45 mins later they arrived. We got off immediately on the wrong foot. The detail person argued with me upon arrival. Do not send him to us again should we choose to use your service. I tipped not because of service, but because it's customary. I'm not asking much but I expect to get what I pay for... this service was highly overpriced and I left wanting more. ”

“My first experience with Detail.com by 2 brothers was incredible, at one point I all most gave this vendor $100 to just go away Inside windows not cleaned, soap still in floor mats, back seats not even turned down and vacuumed He did make me laugh when he gave me his business card and told me to call him directly next time His card went right in the garbage First crew who was brothers had every thing in van and looked professional, this individual had NO APPROPRIATE TOOLS for this type of work In the future I will seek out local firms and advise against detail.com as it’s like a box of chocolates, not sure what will show up at the door Once I got over not doing the windows on inside of truck for an interior clean, it saved me a bit of time but over all I was utterly disgusted compared to the first crew you sent”

“Did not have proper equipment, actually had to tell him what the package included. Rims are not cleaned, car compartments not cleaned, used no hose to prewash the car. Carpets not shampoo. No uv protectant visible. I'm not a picky customer but overall just a bad experience. ”
