“First time customer.
Rodrigo did an amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog!
I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless.
Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He’s an asset to your company and appeared to be very well trained.
I highly recommend Detail.com and will add this review to Google and Yelp.”

“While the tech was unable to speak English (wasn’t really an issue, he has a translator app) he did a very good job in terms of quality. In terms of service, speed and quality he hit all the marks right on. Car looks like I just bought it and even with a language barrier they were clear with me.”

“I'm happy the vomit was cleaned. The tech cleaned the vomit decently. Thank you for the hard work that was done with the vomit area on the seat, door and floor. I appreciate that. The mats were cleaned very well. But, there is still dirt underneath the mats, trunk, dashboard, cup holders etc.. There is still the smell of vomit in my car and some of where the window pops out. There is stains on front seat. The tech spent two hours just cleaning the vomit area and cleaning mats only. I don't agree it was worth $268 to get it detailed. I could have done it better myself with lesser expenses. I will go to a different place next time. I will have to get it detailed again at a different place now. This was the first time I got my car detailed. It was not a good experience.”
