“Daryl did a fairy good job on the areas he worked on. There were a number of areas that he completely ignored, however, which weren't as obvious immediately. When we called his manager to request that they finish the job, they said they would look into it. It appears that they had no intention of doing so, because they simply closed the service request.”

“The guy was great but I requested for an appointment between 8am-10am and I was informed that someone will be there between 10am-11am. The crew arrived at 12:45pm and since I needed the car back by 2pm, they got very little time to complete the service. Instead of the package I selected, the crew downgraded it to a lower level to make up for the time lost.
They did a great job in cleaning but from a schedule perspective they definitely caused me grief.”
