“Great Job!”

“I ordered a Platinum package with an added service of headlight restoration... over $225! Your web site said I could expect up to three hours for completing a Platinum package and possibly slightly more for a headlight refinishing. The team that came was done in only one hour and there were only two people. The package claims carpet shampooing but my carpets were only vacuumed. The headlights are still showing oxidation as if maybe they were only wiped down. The woman who I dealt with was very polite but I am not happy with the service I received. Unfortunately I paid in full and even gave a tip because I was at my place of employment and was not able to give the job a very thorough surveying because of a meeting I had to return for. I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend your services. I hope this feedback will make a difference and that because of it future customers will not feel as if they have been taken advantage of as I have. Thank you, Andrew Kenyon”

“At first I was very happy to see my car clean, but upon brief inspection I realized that it really wasn't all that clean. The inside of the back doors (pockets) still had lots of dog hair; the floor between the two front seats still had the coffee spill stain (floor is not carpeted and easily washed); the front of the back seat still had the mud stain (seats are washable). I didn't inspect the back of the SUV. I wouldn't call this service "detail".”
