“For starters, I paid for an interior cleaning as well as an exterior wash but the guy didn’t do an outdoor wash. Also, when I turned on my car the navigation screen wouldn’t turn on and that’s never happened before. ”

“The most horrific part of it that my seats were wet and full of soap when I sat on it. They aren’t from leather. I’m not sure I will be able to get read of it because it smells like someone just died in my car. Some dust is left and all leather parts of interior is oily. I regret every cent I paid. ”

“The guys were on time and professional. However, they did not lower the rear seats in our minivan and clean there accordingly. Also, the solution used for window cleaning seems to be subpar. All the windows/mirrors/screens in both vehicles were left very streaky.”
