“I had two cars washed a 2020 ES Lexus and a 2006 RX Lexus. My concern is the RX. I ordered the super platinum package because it was really dirty I do understand that. And I also understand weather conditions and the timing that they came to detail both vehicles was after five. I took some pictures to show the results of the RX there were a lot of places in the car that I believe the technician did not even touch. As a first time customer I would like to know how is there a way that we can resolve this.I would like to continue to be a customer during this pandemic time”
