“i had ask for a show room detail - i had the car cleaned twice interior vacuumed and the engine compartment pressure washed. all of this leading up to a total detailing from your end (a cleaning of all the corners so to speak) so the car was pretty spotless with 30k miles on it when your tec arrived i could send you pics of the many areas that i was asking for to be clean and they were undone matter fact could see very little done - as i said have pics along with windos not clreaned on inside -- i did not care of cost if it was 3x that i wanted it show room clean -- but no worries i will not bad mouth you and expect nothing however just wont use again Keenan”

“I paid over $225 for the Superior Interior cleaning- the inside of my windows weren't even touched, I have 2 new stains on my seats, that look to be from the armor all used on the dash board, and the inside door jams weren't cleaned at all. I won't be using this service again. I had 2 co-works get work done on the same day. They are also unhappy. Their interior windows were cleaned, they could see dust spots from where the dash wasn't cleaned, there was overspray that was never wiped off, and one have wet seats when she went to go leave. Overall, very dissatisfied.”

“I had to ask for a couple of things to be fixed but overall it was ok. I cleaned off a little more cement off of the front and had to clean something off of the backseat that came up easily. I asked them to do the entire rim not just the front. After I sat in it I can see the windows are a bit streaked but with the sun beating down on them I don't know if anything can be done about that. I am a bit of a perfectionist but really just want what I pay for. I did accidentally not give them their tip. When I ran out after them they had already left. Please tell them I am sorry. They did not call me before they arrived so I didn't have their number to call them back. Thank you for doing it today on such short notice. I do appreciate that. I accidentally hit the delete button when I could not open the email. Can you resend it?”
