“Very nice gentleman. But didn’t clean inside of back window. Also did not get the bugs off the front end. Which is hard to do!! But for $250 I believe it should have been spotless. He did a great job on inside and he was here over 4 hrs. Again very nice guy and did work hard. Thx I will use him again but point out more what I expect needs to be done. ”

“I was told the technician would arrive around 1:15 PM but then when 1:15 arrived I was told he wouldn't be there until 2:00PM. There were things I had to do that I didn't do while expecting him at 1:15 and then when this was extended to 2:00PM these things were further delayed. The service was very good and I learned not expect to do other things except wait for the technician.”

“The technician sent did an extremely thorough job. He was obviously very proud of his work and made sure I was satisfied before he left. I will add it was very cold outside (34 degrees) and made his work even more challenging. Despite the working conditions, he did not take any shortcuts with both cars being serviced. Management needs to be aware of weather conditions. We were fortunate enough to get 1 of 2 outside water valves working. The other was frozen. It would have been unfortunate had he made the trip without running water. I started bringing him warm buckets of water until we were able to get running water outside. ”
