“Tech arrived on time, we discussed my concerns and he started to get his equipment. To my surprise he pulled out a Bissell! I was expecting a professional extractor for a deep clean, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. It took him about 3hrs and he was done. For the cost of this service (239+ tip- I always tip) I was expecting a much better job. The carpets came out okay but the rest of the interior was terrible! The backs of the head rest weren’t even touched, dash and center console were just wiped off not cleaned! Vents and seatbelt latches were not touched. I have no problem paying for a quality service but this was far from the mark. What I got was a basic light interior wipe down and carpet spot cleaning! I would not recommend this tech!”

“The appt was window was set for 9am ~ 10am they got here at 11:45. They did not know what service I had paid for and then did not even know what the Silver Package was ? I had to print it out for him so he knew what to do on the car. Then as you are aware, I was asked for payment when in fact I had already paid for the service. This was NOT a good experience and now I am 20 minutes late for an appointment? ”
