“Well, the technician cleaned the car but he did not detail it. In fact he left areas inside the car that were not even cleaned. For instance the headliner and the inside of the rear window. An arm rest was not touched. He did not clean all of the carpet. The engine compartment was sprayed but a lot of grime is still there. It also seems like the seats are too wet after being shampooed. There are good machines that almost leave the upholstery dry after cleaning but not in this case. My son paid the bill and he did not see a way to avoid paying a tip. It looks like I will have to shop around and see if I can find better service.”
