“1. The guy worked pretty hard but… 2. They did NOT have the proper equipment to shampoo the carpets and seats like your ad states! 3. I even had to remind them that the carpet needed to be done! 4. The communication (language) was terrible. I had to download my own translator app. 5. We did not appreciate the loud, shouting at times, conversation between the guy and the gal working with him. 6. Please know they arrived at 9am and left my house at 7pm. At least 2 hrs of that time was spent talking very loud. 7. I offered my own professional carpet cleaning equipment, AND, I scrubbed the carpets for 1 hr either her. I also provided my own bottle of chemical to properly clean them. 8. No body said “thank you” for using my equipment, or my time to get them off my property. 9. He processed my credit card at the end and handed me his phone to select a tip. $1419.00 for todays job was too much for what I saw and dealt with. Out of guilt, i selected 15% tip. 10. I recommend that you have better communication as the what project we the customers want and expect considering we are willing to pay a premium! 11. Not a happy client ”
