“The girl who came was amazing! She was quick and detailed! The car looks brand new! However, I was not impressed with your system or the people I worked with! If I’m paying over $200 for car detailing I would appreciate some customer service and less attitude. I was simply asking a question about my car, which is an extended cab and not a crew cab (crew cab is 6 seats not 5 look it up) on the car information book it is extended cab! I was so disgusted with the online response I got. ”

“The service was great and I’m really happy with how well cleaned the car is looking and feeling! Post service: My dash radio buttons aren’t working. It’s staying on one of the 6 radio options and I’m unable to turn on off other buttons. This is a new problem I have not previously experienced. They worked one time when turning car off and on, but not again since that one time. The ceiling was also not cleaned (I didn’t recognize this during inspection so didn’t have a time to let my tech know).”
