“The technicians themselves were great - very friendly and personable. However, for $270 (+ a generous cash tip), I expected more. There were several marks along the outside of my car, smudges that I rubbed out myself, the cup holders weren't cleaned properly, there was still a good amount of hair and sand/dirt on the carpeting, the driver side rug literally still had dirt all over it - I had to take a rag and clean it myself afterwards. My car was dirty to begin with, don't get me wrong, but most of my friends have had car detailing done for less than $200, and it included more (wax, etc.) than what I got. I expected a more thorough cleaning for the amount that I paid. The package I bought estimated appx 3 man hours I believe, and my techs were in and out in an hour. Again, they were very friendly and I liked them, but I don't think this cleaning was a good value. ”

“Vehicle was not properly cleaned when technicians said car was ready. Had to point out several areas that weren’t even touched. The leather looked exactly the same as before it was cleaned. I was very disappointed. Seemed as though they were rushing to finish. Definitely not worth $233.00 for just the inside of my vehicle! ”
