“The technician was late, he delayed twice making me hang are all day. He talked on his phone more than cleaning, the windows are all streaked. The interior windshield was not even cleaned. Wax was nice. ”

“Excellent work done on the car, both inside and out. I appreciated the convenience of the service being done at my home. The only issue I had was that the service tech did not wear a mask while we were interacting. Granted, all our interactions were outside but it still was concerning to me. Probably should have a company-wide policy stating that this is the standard, since the individual tech cannot know the health status of their customers. I would definitely use the service again. ”
