“I was informed every step of the way with the technicians arrival and he was very professional. He was very thorough and my car looked better than when I bought it. My only suggestion is to request that he put the trash from the car into a bag rather than on the floor of my garage. I tried to get most of the trash out before he came but missed a few things and now need to pick up trash off the floor. Car looks great though!”

“Detailer was nice and pleasant. However, he was not able to remove pet hair. Truck is definitely cleaner than it was, but interior was not what I would expect from a $265 detailed cleaning job. While he did put leather conditioner on interior he did not clean it well before. There was some dirt on door and seats that wiped off with a wet rag after he left. About what I would expect from a $50 drive through wash. He did subtract the pet hair removal price due to not being able to remove it.”

“My detail tech was very polite, worked diligently and did a great job! The Titanium service detail is overpriced, and it was shocking to hear that less than 15% of the total $489 goes to the detail tech for his 4hrs of work on a big luxury SUV! The hard work & dedicated tech earned a great tip from me, but I will not tip Detail.com.”
