“The tech, Will, did an amazing job and was super nice and thorough. The only thing I have to complain about is the fact that the techs can’t change the price at all if you book through one of these services, and don’t want some/most of the parts of service in the packages. The techs should be able to change the price so the customer isn’t over paying for things they don’t want/need done to their car. Or you should be able to customize the services before you book, like if you don’t want carpet/seat shampooing you can exclude that and not have to pay for it. ”
