“1. Metrowash, somehow, knocked my right armrest off track. It looked fine until I got in car and put my elbow up (as usual) and the rest gave away. I immediately car CarDetailing - no help, whatsoever. I then saw the guys had left some of their equipment behind. I opened my trunk to store it until metrowash returned. Then I saw my carpet was a little buckled under a grocery net I have in there. As I went to flatten the carpet under the net, I discovered a glob of gooey yellow stuff. Again, I called Cardetailing and placed a call to metrowash. Still no help. I could have called my bank and blocked payment, but I operated in good ethics. Two days have passed, I've received no help from CarDetailing!! The owner of Metro wash said he'd send the guy (Eddie) back to deal with the mishaps. Nothing has happened there either. I was prepared to refer the companies to the nearly 1,000 residents in my condo (bulletin posting); however, "that ain't happening." Sooooo disappointed!!!”
