“It’s not detailed, it’s just general cleaning and wipe down, doesn’t look bad but I could’ve done this myself with baby wipes. The trunk wasn’t cleaned either. The lower parts on the outside of the car weren’t cleaned, the mats weren’t cleaned, the console wasn’t vacuumed, and neither was the license plate. Mind you, there was a lot of food and stuff but that food wasn’t caked on, it was 90% LOOSE food meaning you just vacuum it up. I was under the impression it would’ve been a professional detail job. I’m still confused as to why the trunk and frunk weren’t touched at all. They were really nice though, don’t waste your money on this service though, I’m just super disappointed that I wasted nearly $200 on a wipe down.”

“The detailed that came was the same one from last time. He didn’t want to be there and made it seem that it was my fault he was there. He also knew that he didn’t clean the car correctly last time. I had to miss my daughters gymnastics because this morning to wait for a job that should of not been done. ”
