Your online scheduling system was, in my case, horrible.twice I waited response to scheduling requests several days away-- nearly a full day later I was told "not available -- try again. I called prior to second requirement, but still got rejected. Third time , with a week's lead time, worked. You need to make this more customer-friendly”
