“I was not pleased with the fact that my rims were not cleaned. It took 3 hours to get my 2 cars done. I had said that water & electricity were not available but ended up providing them. That wasn’t a big deal but what would have happened if it wasn’t available. ”

“The scheduled appointment did not take pllace and I did not receive a notification. It took my calling to discover that it was now 1.5 hours later. At that later appointed time still had not been contacted and another call state about an hour after that. The work they did on the car was great. Somewhat unprofesssional not to have notified the client of these delays while they were happening ”
