Inside the doors and around the back gate is filthy as well as the back bumper under the back gate. I expect both prices to be adjusted to exterior wash only. “The car cleaner was 75 minutes late. I told the company when I booked there was no water to hook up it is a condo parking lot. The guy did a Very bad job which I reported with photos via chat on the website. Someone from the company called him & told him to redo it, which he did. However it was still not good. I didn’t realize just how horrible the car was till now when I got in to travel. I called customer service they said they have no record of my complaint from chat & refused to connect me to a manager telling me my only opinion is to email a support address. The WORST service ever!!! ”
