“Elmer was a great guy and hard working. He wanted to make sure I was happy and my car looked fantastic. The winter really makes a mess. The only reason I did give a full 5 is because I was expecting him between noon and 2pm and he did not come until 2:45p. I was at work and had somewhere to go and he was not finished. I had to wait. His service was top notch so it was worth the wait in the end. I will be recommending Elmer to my co-workers! ”

“Great job. The interior looks decent now compared to what it use to be . I just really wanted the cat spray out of my car and for it to look desent. I would suggest when sending out an text reminder. You should also remind clients to remove big items or instructions to prep the car for the service technician. I didn't know my service imcluded the trunk. i had items in my car which i believe prevented them from doing the trunk of my car. The service rep could of told me or ask me to remove stuff if i wanted it done. ”
