“Timing- 2 hr delay. There should’ve been another option for another tech to be sent out. Better communication between customer, company & tech. The quality was poor & rushed. The back of my driver & passenger seat have dirt & watermarks when the actual problem area was the floor board behind the driver seat & the front of the passenger seat. ”

“Interior of truck was not very clean. Visible dirt on the center consul left behind. Charged extra for pet hair without saying anything. This was a gift certificate for a set amount and then I was informed I was being charged more. Am very upset with the service and will never recommend your services. Employee was nice enough young man. ”

“First of all I felt the technician was a bit cocky. He informed me that he had $80,000 worth of equipment in his truck to do the job. There was very little dog hair in my car. It was easily picked up with a vacuum, he informed me that he had to ‘get his tool out’ so he charged me an additional $70!!! Then I pointed out a spot on the back floor mat that was still there, knowing it was soap. He told me it was there too long and he had tried to get it out . When he left I brought the mat into the yard and rinsed the spot right out! I honestly will never use your service again and will let my friends know not too as well!! I was charged $235!!!!!!!!”
