“I paid for the Premium service and after my technician had left I noticed that the wax on my roof had not beed buffed out?? Then I looked in my engine compartment and it had not been touched?? Other that that, my car looked real good. I think my technician was trying to get done too fast and he did not pay attention to what I was paying for. Maybe you can help with that?”
