“Great communication, really nice guy—hard working, neat, diligent. Some (minor) feedback that would have earned Sam a 5.0 — the back of SUV has a compartment that holds the jack, etc. that had some pine needles from Christmas tree and other small debris. Had he vacuumed it, that would have really impressed me and taken 10 seconds, literally. That said, would happily use your service, and Sam in particular, again. PS, tipped him in person :) ”
