“I felt that $279.was sort of a fair price and the technician did show up at the time i was expecting. He did the work and I thought minus a couple of high visibility spots he missed, electric running boards were still dirty and a large dirt stain on drivers side door leather under window. I was a little frustrated with the tip options that you are cornered with when you pay with a credit card. For $279 I was at my limit for cost. The bill ended up being $286 and the lowest tip amount was 15% which ended up being an additional $43. I always tip but did not appreciate it being put in front of you like that. It should be more of an option instead of how it was presented.”
