It was obvious from the start your crew were not Detailers. The wash was very satisfactory and drying it ok as well. where it went wrong was when they brought out Turtle wax spray wax, which is about the cheapest wax on the market. Not only that is not considered a quality hand Wax, meant maybe for maybe in between wax jobs. Your crew worked nonstop from the time they arrived, and I felt they were under pressure to hurry up from the office. They were good enough to use some quality wax that I still have and worked hard to make me a happy customer and for that you should give them credit. Because of that I tipped them in cash. Hopefully you will take this in the manner it was offered to improve your business.”
