“The service was great. I had a window of 10 AM to 1 PM but they didn’t arrive until 1:45 so I had to postpone some things that I needed to get done for the rest of the day. ”

“Your technician got water way down into my gear shift and the car is no longer driveable. Your support team refuses to give a refund. I have had no car since Friday. Will have to rent a car to work starting tomorrow. My dealership can’t even look at it until Thursday. I would NEVER recommend your company to anyone. ”
