“Carpets look and smell great, still a lot of dust and grime in the nooks and crannies (cup holders, center console, etc) so for the price I probably would not use again.”

“We love the work that was done but I have reservations about the guy who did it. He described himself as “twitchy” and at one point he sounded like he was having a fairly loud argument with himself in another language that doesn’t exist. But when I spoke to him he was nice and when I asked him questions he sounded like he knew what he was talking about. When a neighbor or two approached him about his work, he had normal conversations with them. So overall everything turned out fine but in between I felt nervous and I had some doubts. I wished I had the guts to tell him that I loved the end result but that I wished he would have his internal conversations more quietly. ”
