“On 2/14/2019, I received beyond subpar service from the below attached contractor. I also requested an add on of having a car seat cleaned.Neither my vehicle nor my son's car seat were cleaned or dried properly. My son's car seat was soaked through with water was still visibly wet in other areas as if it weren't even wiped down properly. The padding itself does not look as if it were even cleaned just simply wet. The exterior of the vehicle looked fine but after paying and adding a almost $40 tip I saw that the interior vehicle was not neither properly cleaned, vacuumed, or dried. The climate is too cold in my area to leave the car to air dry so the interior of the car developed a mildew smell. I was told all this would be corrected before the contractor left but it was not!My vehicle was also moved to accommodate the services and was not returned to it's original spot, because there was "No Parking Available". When I walked the almost half mile to retrieve the vehicle i saw several”
